If you get an error message saying "Invalid email or password" try the following tips:
- Retype your information again slowly, and click the "Sign In" button.
- Type your information in another app where you can see what you are writing, copy the information, paste it on the log-in page fields, and click the "Sign In" button.
- If the problem continues, the email address might be different from the one registered on the system. To verify this please go to your different email inboxes or spam folders and type "Your New Ridley Academy Account". If you find it you can just follow the steps of that welcome email.
- If you can't find the welcome email, the email address registered might have a typo, so you need to contact support and give us the details of your purchase, like the date, the email used, your full name, if you got a receipt or notification from your bank, etc. We will manually update the information and give you access to your account.
